Mayo Clinic will host the 4th annual National Clinical and Translational Sciences Predoctoral Programs Meeting at its campus in Rochester, MN., May 5-7, 2013.

Predoctoral students enrolled in TL1 training programs supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) are invited to attend the meeting, which is sponsored by the Mayo Clinic Center for Translational Science Activities (CTSA) and NIH.

At the meeting, students can expect to:

  • Gain experience presenting and discussing their research, with a focus on defining a clear pathway to translation.
  • Network and socialize with predoctoral students and faculty from other institutions.
  • Learn about postdoctoral opportunities in laboratory-, patient-, and population-based translational science.

Additionally, program administrators will have a chance to meet, network and share best practices.
